Your appointment is reserved especially for you and is very important to us at Grace Hair.

New clients will get sent an email and/or text asking to fill out a form to confirm your booking. Fresha (https://www.fresha.com/) will ask for you contact details and for your card details which are held on your account. This is to secure your booking and to make you aware of our cancellation policy. We understand that sometimes things come up at last minute, but we do ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice should you decide to cancel or rearrange your appointment. If we don’t receive 48hrs before your appointment is cancelled, there is no charge, 24hr before there will be a charge of 50% and 100% charge if cancellation or no show on the day.

New clients having a colour at the salon will asked to book in for a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Existing clients will asked to be skin tested again if they have not had a colour at the salon within 3 months.
