We offer Nano and Tape hair extensions using 100% human hair. If you are looking for volume, length or thickness, our stylists will advise the right method to achieve your desired result

From bridal to prom, we will create beautiful, stand out styles for you on your special day

Children’s Haircuts

We have a fun go-kart chair, perfect for children up to the age of 5. Our patient stylists will help keep your little ones at ease to make every visit enjoyable and fun!

Hair Products

Proud to be a Milkshake Concept Salon, we use Milkshake colour and styling products. Each product contains; milk proteins, fruit extracts and botanical ingredients to help hydrate, restore, enhance shine and protect your hair colour – giving you amazing hair every day!

The Team

GRACE – Salon Owner

My name is Grace and after spending 10 years working in various salons in Devon, I finally made the decision to open my own salon here in Ottery St Mary.

I love achieving stand out looks specialising in colouring, highlights and balayage. Cutting has also been a passion of mine and it is always exciting to do a restyle!

I particularly enjoy creating big bouncy blow-dries and styling hair for Weddings and Events- everyone deserves to feel their best on their dream day!

LISA – Salon Manager

My name is Lisa and I have been in the hairdressing industry for 25 years, having previously owned a well established and highly reputable salon in Budleigh Salterton.

Fully trained to a exceptional standard, my strengths include colouring, cutting, and barbering. I am also known as the ‘Perming Queen’!

KARIS – Senior Stylist

My name is Karis and I have been in the hairdressing industry for 20 years. Specialising in all things colour, I have a real passion for hair. I love meeting new people and helping to make them feel great about themselves.

MARIA – Senior Stylist

My name is Maria and I have been in the hairdressing industry for 30 years. I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing with my favourite part of the job making others feel good about themselves.

CAITLIN – Senior Stylist

My name is Caitlin and I joined the team in October 2025. My favourite part of the job is providing creating a new look for my clients with hair extensions!

ISLA – Graduate Stylist

My name is Isla and I have recently qualified with my NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing in June 2026. I joined Grace and her team in October 2024 as a Junior Stylist, working on Saturdays to gain experience. I will be in the salon on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays whilst I work towards my NVQ Level 3 at Exeter College.

KACIE – Assistant Stylist

My name is Kacie and I recently joined Grace Hair and the team in July 2026 working on Saturdays. I am currently working towards my NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing at Exeter College.
