We offer a range of services to include styling, cutting, colouring and wedding and event hair.

 

Proud to be a Milkshake Concept Salon, we use Milkshake hair colour and styling products. Each product contains milk proteins, fruit extracts and botanical ingredients to help restore, hydrate, enhance shine and protect your hair colour, giving you amazing hair everyday.

 

In December 2025, we had the honour of receiving SME News Business Elite Awards ‘Hair Salon of the Year 2025’.

 

For children’s haircuts, we have a fun go-cart chair, perfect for children up to the age of 5.

Grace – Salon Owner

My name is Grace and after spending 10 years working in various salons in Devon, I finally made the decision to open my own salon here in Ottery St Mary.

I love achieving stand out looks specialising in colouring, highlights and balayage. Cutting has also been a passion of mine and it is always exciting to do a restyle!

I particularly enjoy creating big bouncy blow-dries and styling hair for Weddings and Events- everyone deserves to feel their best on their dream day!

Lisa – Stylist

My name is Lisa and I have been in the hairdressing industry for 25 years, having previously owned a well established and highly reputable salon in Budleigh Salterton.

Fully trained to a exceptional standard, my strengths include colouring, cutting, and barbering. I am also known as the ‘Perming Queen’!

Karis – Stylist

My name is Karis and I have been in the hairdressing industry for 20 years. Specialising in all things colour, I have a real passion for hair. I love meeting new people and helping to make them feel great about themselves.

Maria – Stylist

My name is Maria and I have been in the hairdressing industry for 30 years. I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing with my favourite part of the job making others feel good about themselves.

Caitlin – Stylist

My name is Caitlin and I joined the team in October 2025. My favourite part of the job is providing creating a new look for my clients with hair extensions!

Isla – Graduate Stylist

My name is Isla and I have recently qualified with my NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing in June 2026. I joined Grace and her team in October 2024 as a Junior Stylist, working on Saturdays to gain experience. I will be in the salon on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays whilst I work towards my NVQ Level 3 at Exeter College.

Kacie – Assistant Stylist

My name is Kacie and I recently joined Grace Hair and the team in July 2026 working on Saturdays. I am currently working towards my NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing at Exeter College.
